[Western] Belly Dance Classes

For those interested in learning to Bellydance:

     If I can get a minimum of five (5) students, I can open another 
Beginning Bellydance class.  This class would be Wednesday evenings, 
5:30-6:30 pm.

     The class would be Basic Bellydance, with an emphasis on American 
Tribal Style, which is eminently suitable for the SCA, and I will teach this 
class with SCA-ers in mind.

     The cost of the class is $40 for 8 weeks.  The classes would begin next 
Wednesday, September 27, and run through Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at 
Maxey Community Center, 4020 30th Street (30th & Oxford).

     For your hard-earned money, you would receive solid dance instruction, 
information about the history of the dance and cultures, resources, patterns 
and tips, and SCA-suitable music to practice to.

Note:
      L. Aziza has been performing choreographing,and teaching
bellydance for 10 years, and has a thistle in Middle Eastern Dance.
She is a founding member of Taqsim (bellydance troupe) which she
still directs, today.  She has attended and performed in multiple
bellydance workshops, including ATS workshops taught by Carolina
Nerecchio (of FatChanceBellyDance), attributed to have
created/refined American Tribal Style Bellydance.
