[Western] Rapier Marshal Position

I would like to take this time to formally post the position of Western
Regional Rapier Marshal for application. I will have been your marshal for 2
years, as of Gothic. I would like to turn the office over at that time. I
want to thank everyone who has supported me and helped me to keep rapier
going and growing in the Western Region. Please submit your applications to
the Kingdom Rapier Marshal and a copy to myself, please. If you have any
questions, please let me know.
