[Western] VOLUNTEER NOW :) Gothic Wars Troll

Hello again Western Region:

As a reminder - Gothic Wars is upon us.  Volunteers for gate are needed.

Incentive --- A shift at troll will get you volunteer points for the Service 
War Point.

The anticipated troll schedule is listed below. Two people will be needed 
for each timeslot.  Just so you all know - the two people thing is a 
requirement now.

As this is a regional event, all local group officers are strongly 
encouraged to volunteer to assist in some manner.

If you are interested in assisting at Gate, please email me privately at 
safiye1 at hotmail.com with the times you are interested in and an email 
address or phone number I can reach you at for later confirmation. I would 
appreciate your responses no later than Wednesday 8/22/07 so that I may 
arrange the schedule and seek out more help if needed.
