I would like to thank everyone who applied for the office of Western Region 
seneschal, and all those who sent in comments.

Your new WR Seneschal will be Mistress Marthe, and I am sure that she will 
be doing a great job.  Until the Black Star changes the listing, you can get 
her contact information as the seneschal of Trelac.

Thank you all for the support you have given me these past few years.  I 
have learned a lot, and have been pleased to serve as regional seneschal for 
the west.
