[Western] Seneschal and Exchequer classes at Gothic

Bonwicke did the last one, I believe. Does that leave Crossroad next? I
definitely need to do a rapier marshal's meeting because of the hefty new
rules that have come down the pipe.

Aren't we supposed to have Crescent Wrench soon?  
Who's turn is it to host?  That would be a better
place for those classes.......
