[Western] Regional Position Open

  Greetings,
It is long time past for me to step aside as Regional Youth Combat Marshal. 
I tried to get rid of it...I mean get someone else to take over but got no 
responses. I am once again announcing the position as open. Surely someone 
in the Western Region has the time and willingness to take over this 
position and see that our youth are able to learn to fight and train.
  Anyone interested should send an application to myself and the Kingdom 
Youth Marshal and Earl Marshal.
I have had little time to put to this effort and it looks like I am going to 
have less in the near future.
