[Western] Questions about non-calendar events

Off Calendar only means that no business of lasting importance can take
place, ie awards.  NMS is not charged, SCA coverage does apply, and only
official SCA groups can host any kind of event, households can hold SCA like
events but are not protected under the SCA Insurance because they are not an
SCA event.

Hope that clears this up.
