[Western] 3/1 Trelac Populace

Greetings - 
 
Trelac's populace will be held on March 1st (Saturday) in the city of Odessa.  We'll also be having fighter practice starting about noon.  Officers' meeting will start about 2:30 and populace will be at 3pm.  All are welcome to attend.
