[Western] Congratulations Due

HE Chaing got to the semi-finals of the tournament,
losing to the eventual tournament winner. Yes, he did
VERY well. As did HL Gerrold, and HE Gavin.

Rizzardo fought very well in the light lyste. Congrats
to him for winning his field.
