Nov 18th to coincide with the Newcomer's College. Detail as to
place and time and schedule will be forthcoming.</FONT></DIV>

general meeting of the Western Region where we try to get people the classes
and discussion needed to run the groups and the events in the
region. Air conditioning or Heated building (whichever the season
requires), general group meeting (things like Gothic Wars are
discussed). Officer meetings. Communication about our region and
what's going on in and about.</FONT></DIV>

classes you'd like or need. Financial committee members must take the
treasurer's class. Seneschals and autocrats must take the seneschal
