<DIV>I know this decision is painful, frustrating and very sad.</DIV>

<DIV>I am very proud of this region and know the struggles and joys we
have had for 16 yrs that I have played.</DIV>

<DIV>We don't know the big picture of what groups are doing with
paperwork, meetings, rotating offices, etc (3 groups have been on
suspension and struggling off and on for years, while a few groups
have held their own, and only one has grown). Times have
changed. In today's world of technology and instant gratification, it
is hard for the SCA to compete for members, especially out here with our
population base. But at times, we sabotage ourselves with clicks and other
issues and drive new comers away.</DIV>

<DIV>Whether we agree with the decision that has been reached by the GOOFS
and Their Majesties or the way it was presented to us, we must
move forward. If we want to rebuild our Region, WE
must take the steps. No matter what - we know that we will continue
to play together and support each other, as we always have.</DIV>

<DIV>I will still wear OUR regional device to fight. For so much of
our game is in our hearts and is about our deeds, it can live through
them.</DIV>
