Here is the timeline for the B&B polling process -
Feb 6 - Announced at Pop etc
Sunday March 5  - Letters of Intent Due
Sunday March 12 - Posted to website
Sunday March 19 - Special Flamebearer with Letters of Intent
April 1 - Flamebearer published with final opinion polling
April 17 business  Meeting - Q&A and polling
Interviews with TRM - scheduled at TRM discretion
April 24 - Opinion Poll closes one week after pop or business meeting
May 1 - Metrics to TRM
TRM Announce at their discretion
Step down / Investiture - June 17 @ Coronet Tournament
Letters of Intent will need to be emailed to the following -

Queen- queen at crown.ansteorra.org
Prince- prince at vindheim.ansteorra.org
Princess- princess at vindheim.ansteorra.org
Kingdom Seneschal -  kingdom at seneschal.ansteorra.org
