[Wiesenfeuer] Wiesenfeuer Yule Event Bids are Open!

[Seneschal of Wiesenfeuer]

Are you interested in stewarding Wiesenfeuer Yule this year? Bids are open
until the Friday night before March Officer's Meeting (so March 27th).
Which means you have until 'after' Gulf Wars to get your bids together for
the event, or for food if you're interested in feeding people.

A bid needs to consist of a budget, site information, and any themed
activities/additional ideas you have for the event. Please keep in mind
that Yule is a day event, designed to be a festive, fun, family event, and
where we hold our Bardic and Arts and Sciences competitions. The event is
held in December (ideally the first weekend of the month, which would be
Dec 5th). A site has not been finalized so if you're interested in
proposing a new/different site from previous years, please do so!

Bids should be emailed to the Seneschal, Their Excellencies, and the
Exchequer. Please reach out to me if you have questions about any part of
