[Ansteorra] Principality?

My 2 shekels here ...sorry folks

I have been following this thread and I too wish it would die already.

My opinion is as follows:

1) If people can't afford the gas to go to events themselves...how can they
afford to donate money for gas for the Royals?

2) Ansteorra is already divided into regions...so this would be the logical
dividing linces for Principalities.

3) This would neither take away authority ( or loyalty/fealty) from Royals,
Barons etc...but would relieves some of the stress of travel and travel
expenses for them.

4) It would also help to relieve the stress on the Kingdom level
officers...or since they are already Kingdom level for their region...keep
the office and still report to whoever they report to.

5) Whatever Kindom we are in ...be it Ansteorra, Caid, West , Atlantia or
any of the others...unless it is stated as the intention of the Principality
to look for Kingdom status...we are still residents of ( fill in the
Kingdom name here) .

I think people are stressing over something they don't need to stress
about...the issue simply was brought up as a question of how to have more
local events without stressing to be approved on the Kingdom calender...and
how to make saving gas all around a possibility.

Even if we did break up into princpalities ( see I am not afraid to use the
P word) there are still several major events each year that most of us
attend anyway...such as Crown and Coronations...it would also make
schedualing those a bit easier...rather than having to stress about bids for
the events...it could rotate...example :

West principality holds fall crown
North principality holds fall coronation
East principality holds spring crown
South principality holds spring coronation

the next fall crown would rotate to North and so on.

Just a thought
