[Ansteorra] Ready for Principality...

I think there will come a time when Ansteorra is ready for a principality. The 
argument in favor will sound like this:

Those of us in the Orange Region should form the principality of Orange. 
Consider these points:

- There is so much activity in Orange that most of our people only travel 
outside the region a few times a year for special events.

- Our population is far above the minimum needed for a principality, and 
growing.

- We have plenty of qualified people who would like to hold offices. Most are 
frustrated because they have applied to hold the kingdom office multiple 
times but they cannot get in because there are always so many applicants.

- We have couples would would be good as Prince and Princess. There are 
plenty of people ready to be their entourage.

Given the above I think we should start work to form the principality of 
Orange.

So, if a principality sounds interesting and exciting to you, what can you do 
to create the conditions described above? Recruit! The very first step must 
be to bring in all those people who will attend the events, steward the 
events, hold the offices, fight to be P&P and serve as entourage. With 
enough population the principality will form itself. Without the population it 
just won't work.
