[Ansteorra] Laurel's Prize Tourney (was Point Scores)

And speaking of Laurel's Prize Tourney, bids are do no later than the end of
March.  LPT was in Seawinds in 2009.  There was no LPT in 2008 (Hurricane
Ike took care of that).  2007 was in Emerald Keep. North Region?  South
Region? Bids would be welcome from you, especially.
