[Sca-cooks] BAD sources for historical cooks

Another is Dawson, Thomas. The Good Housewife's Jewel.
That Southover Press edition from 1996 takes the two parts of the GHJ
and scrambles up the recipes so you can't tell where the originals came 
Is a recipe from the first part or the second part?
