Spit-Project -- Creating period spits

About Spit-Project
English (USA)

Welcome. This list was originally created to discuss how to build a period style spit. But it has now become a discussion area for all aspects of outdoor cookery with emphasis on Medieval style techniques and equipment. Have fun and please don't hesitate to speak up.
