Yes, dress for the Alexandrian Symposium on Food and Festival THIS
SATURDAY, 25 Aug 2001, is mundane or costume.  The revel afterwards,
honoring Saint Catherine of Alexandria, is in costume.

The classes include:
Cooking w/ Venison, Roman Dining, Climate & Ergotism
History of the Olive, Celtic Festival, Medieval Glass Tableware
Cheese in History, Viking Food, Period Dining Rooms
Salt & Pepper, Food on Campaign, When Food Goes Bad
Spices, Polish Food & Festival, Lent
Peasant v Noble Food , Norse Drinking Customs, Christmas/Advent

Site fee is $4 for adults, $2 for kids (there will be childcare on site)

25 August 2001, 8:30am to 8:30pm
Bjornsborg (San Antonio, TX)
There is crash space available.
