[Ansteorra-announce] Northern Regional Scribe

Hi all,

Baroness Gunhilda is stepping down from her position
as Northern Regional Scribe. I will be taking
applications for this position through the end of
August.

Among other things, regional scribes distribute blank
charters to folks in their region, collect painted
charters and turn them in to the Sable Scroll, and
provide information, education, and encouragement to
the scribes in their region. Regional scribes also
sometimes hold charter painting parties at events or
in local groups.
