The Shire of Middleford presents:

A Newcomers Collegium and Archery Shoot

Date: August 24-25
Site: Camp Finlayson, West Fort Hood, TX
Site Fee: Donation
Times: Site opens at 5pm Friday the 24th
Classes:  8-5 on Saturday with an hour lunch break
Archery: All weekend...no set time.

There will be a potluck dinner on Saturday at 6pm.
For those camping on site Saturday night, Gilli is cooking breakfast Sunday morning with all the fixings.

Three tracks of beginning/101 classes geared to Newcomers to the SCA are being scheduled to include but not limited to the following:

Persona Development
Don't be afraid of the library or where to look when you haven't got a clue

Archery
Making Armor
Packing for an Event
Food Shopping for an Event
Cooking in Camp
Making Cordials
