    To those of you to whom this doesn't apply, please delete now. This was
the fastest way I could think of to let the multiple people who need this
know of our e-mail outage. Ulf and I will be without e-mail access from
Friday until Tuesday evening. Due to the cable company's weird scheduling
we're sorta outta luck for 3 days. If we do not respond immediately, please
