[Ansteorra-announce] Central/Soutern Heavy War Practice

This Sunday (22 SEP 01) 10 am (or after their Newcomers Tourney) at Elfsea
Defender there will be a multi-regional heavy war practice.  This will give
the two regions a chance to work against each other as units and continue to
define our war skills.  Fighters from other regions are welcome and will be
divided among the two sides by region or unit.  Combat archers are welcome
also.
