[Ansteorra-announce] New procedures for Ice Ax

Due to new procedures in place at Fort Hood; you must now have a Department
of Defense sticker or Visitor's Pass on your vehicle.  In order to get a
Visitor's Pass you must stop at the Main Gate or at the Clear Creek Road
Gate.  You must have a valid picture ID and then you can go to the West Fort
Hood exit to reach Camp Finlayson, our event site.
