Heilsa all my good and true Ansteorran neighbors...

To make a long and sorrowful story short.

On 01 MAY 2002 Nathan "Nate" Bohls husband of Rachel Luce was killed in a
fiery automobile / tractor-trailer crash.

Nate and Rachel are both long time residents of the Raven's Fort / Gate's
Edge chapters of the Society. As well, Nate was a member of House
Blackthorn, House Pharus, House Wildenfree, and a member of the Noragesta
Kindred of the Asatru faith.

There was difficulty confirming the remains in the vehicle to be Nate's due
to the extreme intensity of the ensuing fire. That fact and several other
factors have contributed to an on-going expense for the surviving family
members that include cremation / burial expenses and legal expenses. Rachel
has incurred a substantial amount of debt that needs to be eliminated as
quickly as possible. The amount incurred so far exceeds $8,000.00. Raven's
Fort and Nornagesta Kindred have already raised over $1,000.00 in this
cause...but Rachel needs further assistance. Nate was the "bread winner" in
the family due to Rachel being a college student. Her graduation was this
past Saturday...this was to be one of the happiest weeks of Nate and
Rachel's life together...as it stands it could not have been much worse.

So, good friends and neighbors, if you can find it in your hearts and within
your means to contribute to Rachel's relief fund...please do so.

While the good Lady Katrine Karlsdottir is coordinating Rachel's relief fund
effort in Raven's Fort and in her Household Pharus, Rachel has requested
that I be the coordinator of this larger effort. Please send any
