[Ansteorra-announce] Upcoming Board Commentaries...

Good Morning,

  There have not been many things to comment on lately, so I have not
  sent out this friendly reminder. There are now a couple items coming
  up shortly.

  Please comment on them so that your voice in the running of this
  organization can be heard. Without your feedback, who knows what
  decisions will be made.

- First the Non-Member Surcharge (NMS) will be going into effect on January
  1, 2003. You can read details on the board website listed below. We
  should be getting information from the Kingdom "real soon now" on how
  this will be implemented within Kingdom.

- Second, there is a proposed revision to Corpora regarding the running
  of Crown lists. The change allows for the following:

    CROWNS OR CORONETS WHO WISH TO CONDUCT A ROYAL LIST IN A MANNER OTHER
    THAN INDIVIDUAL COMBAT MUST OBTAIN THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BOARD OF
    DIRECTORS.

  Commentary on this is due no later than December 15th.

- Finally, there is a proposed revision to By-laws regarding the President
  and Chairman of the Board. The change strikes the following:

    The office of President may be held by the Chairman of the Board of
    Directors.

  Commentary on this is due no later than April 1, 2003.
