[Ansteorra-announce] Heraldic decision meeting at Crown Tournament

The meeting to evaluate heraldic submission that were published on the September ILoI will be held at Crown Tournament this weekend, Nov 2.  This meeting is open to all who are interested, and all are invited and encouraged to attend.  The meeting will probably be held under the first large metal pavilion and is tentatively scheduled for 10am or immediately following morning court, whichever is later. Final plans will be announced, either at the end of court or in a field cry shortly before the meeting.
