[Ansteorra-announce] Fighting in Crown Tourney?

As May 3, date of Ansteorra's Crown Tournament, swiftly approaches, here
are a few reminders for fighters who wish to enter.  First, please note
the following from the Kingdom Seneschal:

Crown Tournament will be held in Northkeep (Hulbert, OK) on the weekend
of May 2-4.

As has been done in the past, if you will submit the following
information through email to the Kingdom Seneschal
(seneschal at ansteorra.org) for both the fighter and consort, the
paperwork will be filled out in advance and all that will be required
will be your verification of the form and your signature. You will also
be contacted if there is any problem with membership. Please send the
following information for both the Fighter and the Consort:
Sca Name
Mundane Name
Mailing Address
Phone
Officer experience
Membership number

As an additional note to this, please be aware that Northkeep will be
trying to complete honor shields on Friday night for those fighters who
need them.  If the Kingdom Seneschal does not know that you are coming
ahead of time, then we cannot check to see if you need an honor shield
or already have one.  Also, fighter cards for the list will be
pre-printed for those who send in their info reducing check-in time and
speeding the sorting process for the March of Precedence.
