[Ansteorra-announce] Westgate Winter Collegium Site Times (August 9th)

There is a slight misprint about the time site opens at Westgate *Winter*
Collegium, August 9th.  The Black Star and Website both state the site opens
at 9am.   

**Correction:  Site opens at **8am**, and classes begin at **9am**. 

Please adjust schedules accordingly, or you may miss the first class. The
website can be viewed at: http://stargate.ansteorra.org/wwc2003/
