Time grows short! The feast at Steppes 12th Night and Baronial Investiture is 
by pre-paid reservation only! Don't miss an excellent repast prepared by Sir 
Asoph Hearts and Baroness Michelle Chantal! All reservations must be post 
marked by Saturday, December 20, 2003! Send only your feast fees, and the SCA and 
Mundane names of everyone for whom you are reserving with your payment to the 
address listed below. Site fees must be collected at the event sign in gate to 
allow for the collection of the nonmember surcharge.

The Barony of the Steppes invites all and sundry to an evening of tradition 
and grandeur at the 12th Night Feast and Court to celebrate the investiture of 
'Abd al-Mahdi Jamal ibn Hakim & Valeria Richila Navarro as the newest landed 
nobility of these ancient lands.

Site: Sokal Hall, 2622 E. Hwy 34, Ennis, Texas, 75119
Directions: take your best route to I-45 in Ennis, TX, approximately 35 miles 
south of Dallas. Take exit 251b 
and go east 1.5 miles. Sokol Hall will be on your left.

Hall opens at noon and closes at 11:00 PM
Kingdom Eisteddfod competition begins at 2:00
No outside alcoholic beverages allowed.
An on site bar will be open during the event.
No pets, assistance animals only. 

Site fee- $7.00 adult, $4.00 under 12, 
family cap of $22.00, $3.00 nonmember surcharge enforced.

Feast fee- $8.00 per person, 12 and older.
No family cap on feast fees. Feast by pre-paid reservation only! Cut off date 
reservations postmarked Dec. 20, 2003. Please prepay feast fees only 
w/reservation, include society and modern names of everyone for whom payment is sent.

The Kingdom Eisteddfod will be held at this Steppes 12th Night beginning at 
2:00 PM. The current kingdom Bard, Master Pendaran Glamorgan will run the 
double elimination competition.

*Minors at this event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They 
may also attend with an adult 21 or older with a signed and notarized Minor 
Event Waiver Form from their parent(s)*
