[Ansteorra-announce] Kingdom Middle Eastern Dance Competition

Greetings unto the populace of the great Kingdom of
Ansteorra from HL Brigit Ni Sheachnasigh.

It is with the greatest of pleasure that I bring news
to you of an event of historical proportions. For the
first time in the history of Ansteorra, nay unto the
Known World, there will be a gathering of the best
Middle Eastern dancers that the Society has to offer
all under one tent for a competition to find a
Champion. Ansteorra’s first Kingdom Middle Eastern
Dance Champion.

These artists will gather from all over the Known
World to vie for the opportunity to create history.
Please join us at the 25th year celebration of Elfsea
Defender and feast your eyes on the beauty, grace and
style that is Middle Eastern dance. Let your heart
echo the drums that sound throughout the night calling
you to dance. Enjoy the taste of the East for there
will be a sideboard of foods that will make your taste
buds dance for joy.

There will be a selection of classes for those who are
interested in learning different aspects of the Middle
East. A small sample of such classes are drumming,
beauty tips for the Middle Eastern lady, belly dance
for children and more! 

Good news for musicians of all disciplines. I ask that
if you play an instrument of any kind you are welcome
to join in on the biggest “jam session” in the
Kingdom. As a dancer I revel in the sound of music
thundering through the night. Please help create a
magical night to remember.

Merchants, here is an opportunity to show your wares
to the largest gathering of Middle Eastern enthusiast
in the Known World. Come and enjoy the day’s
activities and revel in to the night. 

Where and when will all this take place you ask? In
the town of Canton in the Kingdom of Ansteorra on
September 26-27 at the 25th anniversary of Elfsea
Defender.
