Greetings into the Archers of Ansteorra;

The day for the contest to determine our next Archery Champion of
Ansteorra draws near! 

Archers from all over our fair land shall soon make the journey to
Wiesenfeuer's Baronial Investiture and the Academy of the Bow to compete
for the honor of becoming Huntsman to their Royal Highnesses Ulstead the
Unsteady and Cateau d'Ardennes.

This Saturday June 28, 2003 at 2 PM (after the lunch break).the Royal
Huntsman Tournament begins!

The contest format shall be double elimination blind draw, four target
rounds at unmarked random ranges, "combat archers' duel", champions as
deadly byes, any shoot off matches shall be the pleasure of the Royals,
or marshal in charge.  

For the "combat archers' duel" combat headgear (helmets or mask & hoods),
leather gloves, as well as combat legal bows, crossbows, & missiles will
be required (APD's will be used for both armored & rapier archers'
missiles), a very limited amount of loaner combat gear shall be
available.

Do not miss this grand finale to the Academy of the Bow as the finest
archers of Ansteorra assemble to compete for the most prestigest archery
title of our land!
