[Ansteorra-announce] Namron Protectorate Cabins

I'd like to thank everyone for the enormous interest in this year's Namron Protectorate!

Demand has been so high that unfortunately, all cabin space has been reserved.

Our Cabin Coordinator, Lady Annais, is now accepting names for the waiting list.  There may be those who, at the last minute, are not able to attend and will release their reserved cabin space.  At that time, the newly available beds will be handed out to those whose names are next on the waiting list.  (It's very much like Thanksgiving Day seating at Waffle House).

For those who have previously sent in their request for cabin space, notices are currently going out with confirmation as to which cabin you have been assigned.  (Be watching your inbox for this exciting announcement from Publisher's Clearing House!)

Could all those who find themselves unable to attend or who no longer need their cabin space please notify Lady Annais immediately that you'll not be needing your bedspace.  This is to ensure that Annais has adequate time to discuss the new arrangements with those who are next on the waiting list. Namron Protectorate XXVII promises to be a fabulous event.  My thanks to everyone for helping to make it so!
