Enjoy a Northkeep Tradition!

 

Their Excellencies Ainar Magnusson and Ana Maria de Mercedes de Cerdanya and the Barony of Northkeep invites you to our 15th annual Castellan event.  The event will be held June 4-6, 2004 at Will Rogers Boy Scout Camp in Cleveland, OK.  Site opens at 5pm on Friday and closes at Noon on Sunday. 

 

Join the Barony of Northkeep and its Castellan XIV Champions: Don Elric Dracwin (Archer and Castellan), Sir Asoph Hearts (Drighton), Lord Rafe Slater (Provost), Lord Ottakar Luther von Holstein (Marksman), Kasha Ivanova (Title Bard), and Lord Karl Tarlson (Artisan) as a new generation of heroes is chosen. 

 

We will have competitions in 

Heavy Weapons                                              Rapier Combat 

            Archery                                                          Artisan

            Bardic                                                             Thrown Weapons

 

Each entrant for the Castellan title must enter at least 3 competitions: one must be a Martial and one must be either of the Arts and Science or Bardic competitions. 

 

There will be numerous activities for children including: Children's Castellan, Archery, Prowess, Bardic, Arts and Sciences and many more.   

 

There will be a Youth Rapier Tournament early Sunday morning. 

 

Lady Elisabeth de Calais is providing a lavish and bountiful feast-Her menu includes:

 

Light Cheese and Dried Fruit, Lentil Soup, Cabbage Rolls, Saugee (Cold Pork with Sage Sauce), Mixed Green Salad with a Vinaigrette Dressing, a Turkish dish of Meate, Baked Squash, and Potato Pie with Cream. 

 

Merchants are allowed, but must have a valid Oklahoma State Tax ID. Please Contact Faolanmacfarland at cox.net for merchant reservations.
