Greetings unto the members of the Society!

Happy New Year! Today the SCA's calendar turns over to AS 39 - meaning our
40th Anniversary is fast approaching!

The Board of Directors is accepting bids for a Known World event in honor of
this milestone. For those interested in submitting a bid, a checklist of the
information the Board wants to see is available on the SCA's website:

The due date for bids has been extended to October 1, 2004.
