It's April 26, do you know where your cattle are?

With spring comes time to drive your herds into the highland and mountain
pastures, but beware of danger, for others lust after your wealth!
Marauders and raiders abound on the narrow passes to help themselves to
passing caravans bearing wares to market, and even your own neighbors look
lingeringly after your own fine cows and steers.

Join us at Border Wars IV, May 7-9 at the Tanglewood Forest near
Corsicana, Texas, and defend what is yours! Add to your own herd of
cattle! Play the Brigand and take the caravan's wealth or the Guard and
defend it!

Planned events include the cattle raid, fun for the whole family! Chivalric
Melee scenarios including the infamous Caravan scenario! Archery contests!
A bardic circle!

Site opens at 5pm May 7 and closes at Noon May 9.
Site is wet in period containers.
Pets are permitted on leash with written proof of rabies vaccination.
Site fee is $10 for adults, $8 for 13-17, $5 for 5-12, 4 and under free.
Family max is $30 and there is a $3 surcharge for adult non-members.
Checks may be made out to SCA, Inc./Canton of Lindenwood.
Minors attending without their legal guardian or parent(s) must be
accompanied by an adult 21 years or older with a signed and notarized
Minor Event Waiver Form.
