[Ansteorra-announce] Kingdom A&S Competition - Jan 31

Greetings everyone,
 
We've had some questions come in about Kingdom Arts & Sciences Static,
Performance, & Research Competition being held this year at Mooneschadowe's
Ansteorran Tribute.   Back in in 2002 several changes occurred in the Arts
calendar of Ansteorra.  
 
1)  Gulf war competition in this Kingdom was deleted.
 
2)  Kingdom Arts & Sciences Static, Performance & Research competition was
made an annual event (rather than every other year).  
 
Upon becoming an annual event a few other changes have been made
    a)  Those with scores of 40+ are gifted with a pilgrim medallion
specifically created to commemorate that year's A&S competition.
    b)  A top score for the day will be honored with a prize
     c) 25 entries will be invited to take their items to Gulf War for the
A&S champions battle & performance competitions
