[Ansteorra-announce] thrown weapons at Stargate Baronial

Greetings to the list,

On Saturday, April 17 at Stargate Baronial, I will be organizing a thrown
weapons competition.  The style is commonly referred to as a "blanket toss".
Anyone who wishes to participate must contribute a prize item (value $10),
which will be placed on a blanket (or table).  At the end of the
competition, each entrant will pick a prize in the order in which they
finish.  First place picks first, second picks second, etc.  In the end,
everyone has fun throwing and goes home with a prize.  The tournament time
will be following morning court until 4pm.  Prizes will be awarded at 4.
You must be present to collect your prize in turn.  If you are late, you
will forfeit your turn until you arrive.  Unclaimed prizes will be donated
to the Ansteorran Argent Anniversary fund raising effort.  If you wish to
throw but not compete, you are still welcome to come throw.  Priority will
be given to competitors.
