[Ansteorra-announce] Iron Chef Cometition at Seawinds Defender

Greetings unto all of Ansteorra!
 
This missive is a reminder to all cooks in this great Kingdom to come enter the easiest competition on the King's Coast!
Seawinds Defender Iron Chef:  Keeper of the Populace Taste
The rules are simple:
1.  Pick a period recipe (or more than one)
2.  Make at least 40 buffet servings (on or off site)
3.  Have your dish(es) ready to present at 12:00 noon on Saturday October 23
 
Please let the Iron Chef Coordinator know of your entry as soon as possible so table space can be arranged.  krbrat at yahoo.com
 
Populace will taste and vote on entries for a small donation of $2 adults $1 children 7-13 (6 and under free).
 
Entrants are not required to submit any fees and may eat and vote.  Entrants must provide their own groceries, serving equipment, and cookware.  Electricity and water will be available, but you must bring your own extension cords.  Paper plates/bowls/utensils as well as servers for portion control will be provided.
 
So make your best dish and enter our competition!  You never know what the populace will vote for!
 
This qualifies for the String of Pearls Tournament.
