Greetings To Ansteorra

At Tourney by the Loch, on November 6th, The Barony of Loch Soillier 
will be selecting a new Rapier Champion.  All interested parties need 
to send a letter of intent to Her Excellency Narkissa Ekaterina 
Vladimirova. Interested parties should also know that any who would be 
champion of this fine barony will need to display not only prowess, but 
courtesy and style.  You will also need to be able to fight effectively 
alone, as a team, and in some mildly  unusual circumstances.  In 
addition, be prepared to fight most of the day.

As Rapier Champion of Loch Soilleir, I invite all interested ladies to 
gather under a pavillion set aside to watch the days fighting.  
Requested pairings from the ladies gallery will be taken into 
consideration.
