[Ansteorra-announce] re:banner stand competition at DFT Yule

Good day to all,

As many of you know Dragonsfire Tor Yule Revel is fast approaching. 
(December 4th, City Hall, Stephenville, TX) Since we cannot put decorations 
on the walls, this year we will be adding a new competition in addition to 
A&S and the table decorating. A banner stand competition. We would like to 
see as many people/groups as possible enter.

Points will be given for:
Presentation
Innovation
Originality
The banner itself will only count for 5 points. The stand itself is what is 
really being judged.

Banner stand guidelines:

No higher than 6 feet
No wider than 6 feet
Must stand alone
Many not scratch the surface it is on
It must be able to be carried into the hall
May be made out of any material
Can be decorated in any fashion
Must hold a banner of your choice

So put on your thinking caps and lets see how we can decorate the hall.
