[Ansteorra-announce] Demo Opportunity

On the weekend of February 4-6, 2005 the will be a multi-format convention
in Dallas TX. This will be a convention for Science Fiction, Fantasy,
Gaming, etc.

Yes this missive comes out very early, but it can never be too soon to plan
for a demo at an event that will draw people from all over the Kingdom as
well as the U.S.

The convention staff would very much like the SCA to participate in this
endeavor and has offered us almost an entire day to showcase the SCA. The
day they are offering us is Sunday February 6th from 9 AM through 5 PM.
There will be space for Chivalric, Rapier, and Youth Combat, as well as
space to hold panel discussions on the various aspects of the SCA. There is
also space available in the parking garage if anyone wishes to conduct an
exhibit that would not be conducive to an indoor environment.
