[Ansteorra-announce] Elfsea Titled Bard

The new titled bard of Elfsea will be chosen at Elfsea Springfaire, May
13-15, 2005.  Details can be found at http://www.elfsea.net/springfaire/.

Competing bards should prepare three pieces.  Bardic competition will begin
in the mid-afternoon on Saturday.

The first piece is the bard's choice.  The subject of the second piece
should be someone attached/formerly attached to Elfsea in some way.  The
third piece is also the bard's choice, and will be requested at the judges'
discretion.

The new Bard of Elfsea will be announced at evening court.
