[Ansteorra-announce] Elfsea Titled Artisan

The new titled artisan of Elfsea will be chosen at Elfsea Springfaire, May
13-15, 2005.  Details can be found at http://www.elfsea.net/springfaire/.

The titled artisan competition will include up to three pieces, with the
artist selecting one piece to be used as a tie breaker, if needed.  Note
that this means three pieces in total, not three collections of multiple
pieces.  

Documentation is required.

Setup begins at 8:30a Saturday morning.  The new Elfsea Artisan will be
announced at evening court.
