[Ansteorra-announce] Officer/RedTape mailing list informational post

[Pug Bainter]

This automated mailing is being corrected. Officers no longer get
accounts on the server except for virtual scribes. The Greater Officers
of State have setup email redirects for the officers they wish to have
emailable addresses on the ansteorra.org server.

Pug Bainter (pug at pug.net) said something that sounded like:
