Congratulations to the fine gentles who comprised the Central Regional
Rapier Guard during the Allied Field Battle; Lord Dirk the Just, Lady
Melissa McGilivary, Laird Caerell MacDomnaill, Lady Aingeal Blair Mac an
Ghabhann, and a fellow in blue armor whom I did not catch his name.  Their
display of great spirit and prowess inspired Their Majesties to award to
the Central Region the very first Ansteorran Rapier War Banner.
