[Ansteorra-announce] Online reporting for the Marshallate Update

In an effort to make the move towards the online reporting, we've
added an online version of the tournament report form to the
marshallate web site.  You must log into the marshallate web site to
use it, so it does require sign up.

We will accept this online form as well as the plain paper form as an
acceptable tournament report from this point hence.

The form can be found at :

This is primary aimed at the Rapier and Armoured community, as the
missile community already has a well developed reporting system.
