King's Round Table

Excitement! Joy! Fun! Yes, its time again for a wonderful day of meetings with the Crown and the Kingdom officers! Amazing classes on all kinds of volunteer and officer positions will be offered as well as the Great Officers meeting with the Crown and discussions on various issues within the Kingdom of Ansteorra. Come one, come all to see how the Kingdom of Ansteorra works behind the scenes and learn a new officer position!! 

We will be meeting at the Stillwater Community Center located at 315 W. 8th St. in Stillwater, OK 74074.  

The seven class rooms we have reserved are all located inside the Community Center.  The reserved classrooms are 121, 100, 112, 116, North Stage, Theater, 102, and 104.  Site opens at 8am and closes at 5pm. There is no site fee or feast.  A sideboard lunch will be served at Noon.  Please be respectful of furniture and staff.  Modern clothing is generally worn for this event.  Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. They may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver Form from the parents.  No smoking inside the buildings

Breakfast.  Saturday morning, from 8 am to 9 am, Sir Asoph Hearts and Sieur Jean Paul de Sens will be battling it out using griddles and spatulas. Come judge for yourself which is the better chef!
Sir Asoph Hearts or Sieur Jean Paul de Sens.  One is making his heart-stopping, artery clogging version of French Toast, the other Weight Watcher friendly version of French Toast (1.5 Points per slice)

Sideboard lunch.  The Lowry Activity Center will be where the sideboard lunch will be served.  Brought to you by the Food Quartet: Lady Sabine, Lady Mylisant, Lady Elsa, and Milady Isabella.  Tentative Menu: Beef Stew , Chicken Noodle Soup, Vegetarian Soup, Chili (with Fritos and Cheese), Breads for Soppin' and Breads for Butterin', Fresh Veggies and dips, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Sugar Cookies, Stamped Cookies, Lemon Bars, Tea, Coffee, Lemonade

Post Revel.  The Fighter Frat (419 N Duck) will be sponsoring a post-revel following the event. Feel free to head over directly or go out to dinner and then stop by. Munchies and beverages to share will not be turned down. Be the first people in the kingdom to see the 
MOG-n-Vagon! 

Sunday Regional Practice.  Sunday 10am at Boomer Lake Park.  Bring your armor and stick around on Sunday for a regional fighter practice at Boomer Lake Park. We will try to start around 10am so those who will be traveling can still make it home at a reasonable time
