[Ansteorra-announce] Combat Authorizations - Important

Greetings unto Ansteorra,
 
I know everyone is trying to get ready for Gulf War and so I wanted to post a gentle reminder regarding combat authorizations.  As authorizations are considered part of official SCA business, they must be performed at OFFICIAL fighter practices, business meetings, or events.  Private practices (or unsheduled/unannounced practices) are not considered official.  Please contact your local or regional knight marshal for practice information if you still need to be authorized/reauthorized.
