[Ansteorra-announce] Bids for Academy

Academy of the Rapier is open for bids from now until the end of
November. We have one nice bid but would welcome other bids as well.
Academy of the Rapier is scheduled for March 29, 2008. This notice will
be repeated in the November Black Star.

If you wish to submit a bid, please follow the normal procedures for
submitting a bid for an event, but also send a courtesy copy to the
Kingdom Rapier Marshal (contact info is in back of the Black Star),
preferably by email.
